Federal State School has a proud tradition of fantastic volunteers. Volunteers make strong communities, helping with classroom work, including reading groups, as well as gardening, tuckshop, and fundraising. Without our dedicated volunteers giving their time tirelessly, we would not have the strong community spirit we enjoy here at Federal State School.
All volunteers must sign in at the office upon entering the school and must read and sign the mandatory training program booklet. This booklet ensures that everyone will do the right thing and go home safely at the end of the day. It needs to be completed each year.
Please note: If you are volunteering at our school and participating in an activity that does not involve your own child, you are required to hold a current Blue Card.
