The school uniform colours are red and black.
Students are expected to wear the school uniform every day. Uniforms help foster a strong sense of school unity and pride. Uniform shirts are available for purchase from the school office. Please refer to our Uniform Policy, which also includes our Sunsmart Policy.
It is part of Federal State School’s policy that students wear the school uniform at all times. Exceptions may occur during special events such as swimming carnivals and free dress days. However, students are required to wear sun-safe clothing whenever they are not in uniform.
Students are expected to wear the school uniform with appropriate footwear and a hat when participating in outdoor activities.
When attending excursions, students must wear their school uniform. This helps staff easily identify students as part of our school community.
The wearing of jewellery, except for items of legitimate medical or religious significance, as well as studs or sleepers for pierced ears, is not permitted.
Sporting House Uniforms
For Sports Day and Cross Country events, students wear the colours of their Sporting House to promote team spirit. The sporting house colours are:
Blue (Skyring)
Yellow (Cooroora)
